You can't fly to China every time you place an order. But we are already here. Rushsourcing acts as your eyes and ears on the factory floor. We inspect your goods strictly according to international standards (AQL) to ensure what you receive is exactly what you ordered.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Also known as "Final Random Inspection". When production is finished, we randomly select boxes based on AQL standards and check them. This is the most cost-effective way to check overall quality.
Full Inspection (100% Check)
For high-value items or factories with a bad track record, we inspect every single unit. We sort out the defects (Defect Sorting) so only perfect products are packed and shipped.
Factory Audit
Is your supplier a real factory or a trading company working from an apartment? We visit the facility, check their production lines, certificates, and capacity before you pay the deposit.
What Is Included In The Inspection?
Our inspectors follow a strict checklist tailored to your product. We check:
- Quantity Check: Is the total number correct?
- Visual Inspection: Any scratches, dents, or dirty marks?
- Function Test: Does the product actually work? (e.g. Turn on/off)
- Packaging Check: Are shipping marks correct? Is the box strong enough?
- Label Scan: Does the FNSKU barcode scan correctly?
- Drop Test: Will it survive shipping?
We Use the AQL Standard
We use the international Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standard (usually Level II, Major 2.5, Minor 4.0). This statistical method determines how many units we pick randomly to ensure the result represents the whole batch.
